ABRASIVE RECYCLING SYSTEM ---
Screw Conveyor at the bottom of the hopper moves abrasive to the boot section of the elevator. Elevator Lifts the shots to the shot hopper after removing of dust.
Turbine blast unit of double disc type equipped with throwing blades.
Abrasive separation in gravity type with separating tip air wash system and abrasive trap arrangement. |

APPLICATIONS—

- Shot peening of automobile components like axles suspension parts etc. to increase fatigue strength.
- Deburing of gas cut pieces.
- De-scaling of welded components, forging etc.
- Cleaning of work pieces after hardening.

Fitted with double disc turbines designed to give efficient uniform blast cleaning and for longer life of wearing components.
13% MN STEEL WEAR resistant lining provided in direct blast zone for longer life of machine & for intense cleaning due to
ricochet effect.
Machines can be supplied with overhead monorail complete with necessary support for designed loading. Rotating hooks provided for loading and un-loading.
Blast in three different position for intensive and effective penetration of the cores.
MONORAIL SYSTEM FOR HANDLING HANGERS—
Monorail can also be provided for handling of hangers depending upon the load of castings. The system can also be automated for handling of hangers.
Any additional modification can be accommodated as per requirements. |
